The University of Benin e-POST UTME (Computer Based Testing) was lunched on the 17th of August 2015, and to the amazement and awe of many, it's been an unprecedented success so far in the history of the University.
The new system has proven beyond all reasonable doubt that automation/computerization, when put to good use and on the right course is the answer to many seemingly unending examination hick-ups experienced previously in the University and in other Universities in the Federation.
The University Management, which included the Vice Chancellor of the University of Benin, Prof. F.F.O Orunmwense, the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Administration, Prof. Mike Ezemowoye, the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics), Prof. Abiodun Falodun, the deputy Vice Chancellor, Ekehuan Campus, the Registrar, Mrs. O.A. Oshodin, the Director, ICTU/CRPU, Prof. F. Ekhaise and other top management Staff, went round to see for themselves, the progress of examinations and were equally impressed with the way the system performed.
